10-year-old found unconscious with a blood-alcohol level of .181 percent

FOND DU LAC, Wis. — A 10-year-old boy was found passed out at a friend’s home after drinking alcohol and being tossed into the snow, police and his mother say.

The mother said she became alarmed when the boy didn’t return home March 3, so she started calling his friends and finally found him covered in vomit and soaking wet.
